It was a great pleasure to receive you in my office yesterday morning.
You asked about the arrangements for the visit of His Excellency the Mayor of Riyadh. I can confirm that the Lord Mayor of London will be responsible for the entire programme, including transport and accommodation.
In case this has not reached you, I enclose a copy of the latest version of the programme for Mr Abdullah Al-Nuaim.
I am sure he will be very well looked after. The only thing I am afraid it has not been possible to arrange for him is VIP facilities at London Airport. I know you will understand the difficulties we have in this regard.
