"dangerous cargo" includes all cargoes described in the
Schedule attached to these Regulations and such other

bounded by a line due north from the coast in position
Lat. 24° 071.75N, Long. 52° 47.5E to position lat. 24° 15'n
Long. 52° 47'.5E then due west to position Lat. 24° 15'N
Long. 52° 36'E then due south to the coast in position
Iat. 24° 11'.75N Long. 52° 36', then following the High Water
line along the coast to the starting position,
"Master when used in relation to any vessel, means the person
having charge or command of the vessel for the time being.
#naked Light" means anything capable of igniting flammable
vapours and includes unconfined flames and fires and lamps
of non-approved pattern. Portable hand tools and power
operated equipment liable to cause sparking are to be treated
as naked lights.

#Owner" when used in relation to any vessel includes any

part owner, managing operator, charterer by demise,
mortgagee in possession or other beneficial owner.
