(ix) Tize" means any thing capable of igniting inflamable vapours. "Harbour (xi) "Master", when used in relation to any vessel, means the person having charge or command of the vessel for the time being. (11) *Owner when used in relation to any vessel, shall include any part owner, mortgagees in possession or other benelicial owner. (x114) "Pilot Mooring Master" means any officer appointed by the Company, from time to time, to execute the duties of Pilot or Mooring Master or both in carrying out such instructions for the proper control of shipping as may be given to him by the Company end in assisting vessels with pilotage, mooring, berthing and other navigational manoeuvres and shall include his assistents or subordinates in so far as such assistants or subordinates are authorised to act on his behall. (xiv) The Port" means the area desezibed in Part III hereof and includes all port and harbour promises. (xv) The Port Health Officer" means the Medical Officer appointed to safeguard the health of the port and to execute the provisions of the Quarantine Regulations and any person authorised to act on his behalf. (vi) 30 "The Port Officer means the Marine Superintendent, Refinery Superintendent and/or a member of the Company's Security Division or other officer appointed by the Compeny from time to time to execute, on its behalf, the office of Port Officer and shall include his assistants or subordinates in so far as such assistants or subordinates are duly authorised to act on his behalf. (xv11) "Premises includes any quay, doek, building, structure, tank, storage, lend connected therewith, terminal berth, pipeline, and any gear or equipment used in connection with any of the foregoing. *Quay" includes any Lom of quay, pier, whaxf, jetty, lending stage or similar structure. "Ship" means any vessel over 1,000 net registered (xviii) (xix) (xx) *Terminal berth" includes the sea buoys and moorings at the seaward end of the oil pipelines and anything connected therewith, and also the pipelines and any gear connected therewith.
