Ras al Khuzairi in lat. 24° 15'.75N long. 52° 36'E thence due south to the coast in position lat. 24° 11'.75N Long. 52° 36' then following the High Water line along the coast to the starting position. All vessels and craft within the Port are subject to the control of the Port Officer. 6. The approach to the Port shall be indicated by such lights, buoys and marks as the Company may from time to time consider necessary. ENTERING AND NAVIGATION WITHIN THE PORT, USE OF ENGINES, ANCHORING, BERTHING AND MOORING 7. Masters of all vessels, other than craft, having business with the Company shall give the Port Officer at least 18 hours notice of their time of arrival at the Port. 8. The Port officer may at his discretion refuse to allow a vessel to enter the Port and may order from the Port any vessel which does not have business with the Company or which is in breach of these Regulations. 9. Vessels, other than craft, must not navigate within the Port without a Pilot/Mooring Master on board unless otherwise instructed by the Port Officer. 10. Until quarantine formalities have been completed, no person other than the Pilot/Mooring Master or Port Health Officer may board and no vessel, other than craft expressly authorised by the Port Officer, may approach any vessel entering the Port which is displaying a yellow flag in accordance with Section 27 of these Regulations. 11. Only Pilot/Mooring Masters provided by the Company may undertake the pilotage, berthing, mooring and sailing of vessels, other than craft. 12. No vessel shall anchor or move from anchorage, moor or urmoor, berth or unberth except when and where required by the Port Officer. 13. The Port Officer may direct any vessel to move or be moved by such means or appliances as he may direct from one anchorage, mooring or berth to another, or to vacate an anchorage, mooring or berth. 14. Masters shall advise the Port Officer before berthing of any special damage or disability to the vessels under their command, 15. Ingine repairs which may prevent the working of a vessel's main engines shall not be undertaken without the written permission of the Port Officer.
