1414 I have been through the draft Ordinance on E 13993 with the notes made by Customs and Excise and I attach a revised draft (less the Schedules) in which the amend ments which I propose are underlined. I suggest that the revised draft should be sent to Bahrain with the follow ing comments. Most of the proposed amendments are self explanatory, many of them being simply improvements of
