• Western limit of the Dubai Marine Areas concession that Britain plans to give to the Continental Oil Company and the recommendation that the Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan not be approached about Abu Dhabi's frontier with Dubai without the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum receiving equal treatment (1)
• Recommendation that HMG takes a firm stand on the Ras Hasian line and make another approach to Sheikh Rashid when the Dubai Petroleum Company want to start drilling (2)
