force providing for the quarantine of persons or animals.
(xvii.). "the Port Officerit means the Terminal and Marine

Superintendent or other officer appointed by the Company
from time to time to execute, on its behalf, the office of
Port Officer and shall include his assistants or subordinates
in so far as such assistants or subordinates are, or may be,
duly authorised to act on his behalf.

(x) "tanker" means a ship in which the greater part of the cargo

space is constructed or adapted for the transport of liquid
petroleum its derivatives or similar commodities in bulk
and which is not, for the time being, carrying some other

cargo in that part of its cargo space.
(xaci) "terminal berth" means any berth constructed for the loading

of petroleum at the seaward end of any submerged oil pipelines
and includes anything comected therewith, including the

pipelines and any gear connected therewith.
(socii) "vessel" includes any ship, dredger, craft or other floating
navigable object unless otherwise indicated in the context.

PART III - LIMITS OF THE PORT
5. The Port area of Jebel Dhanna and its approaches (hereinafter referred
to as "the Port") means that area bounded by a line due north from the coast
in position lat. 24° 07.75N Long, 52° 47.5E to the N.E. corner of Jazt al
Hamar in position Iat. 24° 121.21 Long. 52° 47.5E thence in a Ww'ly
direction to position lat. 24° 20'N Long. 52° 13'.2E then continuing in a
m'ly direction to position lat. 24° 30'N Long. 52° 35'E, thence due west
to Long. 52° 30'E, then due south to Lat. 24° 20'N then east along this
parallel to the coast of Sir Beni Yas Island in Long. 520 341E. Follow the
