Determination of Southern boundary with Saudi Arabia

This file contains correspondence relating to:

• The location of the boundary between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and a request to find older records that might help to determine the boundary. It also contains a copy of a letter, dated 14 May 1934, introducing a map [not enclosed] that shows a frontier line between Saudi Arabia and South East Arabia (1)
• A request from Khalid Dajani a secretary of the Ruler of Qatar for a copy of J G Lorimer's Gazetteer of the Persian Gulf, Oman and Central Arabia, and the question of whether this work is still classified or not (2).
