from Sultan to President of General Assembly) paragraph 2.

Air Ministry have received text of Sultan's telegram
through R.A.F. Salalah for onward transmission to New York.
If this is done the message will have a London dateline, even if
the source is explained in the text.
2. It would look much better if the message had a Muscat dateline.
Could it be sent by commercial cable through Cable and Wireless
there?
