- A meeting with Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, in which the Ruler agreed to cooperate with the anti-smuggling operations of the Trucial Oman Scouts in the Howeilat [Huwaylat] area, but also called for the resolution of boundary disputes between himself and the Sultanate of Muscat and Oman (4)
