- Proposal to open a Lebanese Consul in Kuwait. Boulos Farah has been acting as an honorary Lebanese Consul. He was expecting to be nominated to the post if the Lebanese Government's application had been granted. He has asked Abdulla Musa’s advice as to what he should do now that the application has been refused (1)
- Note secured from the Lebanese Government, stating that in view of the developing relations between Lebanon and Bahrain, they would like to establish an honorary consulate there (2)
- History of the Lebanese desire to establish consulates in Bahrain and Kuwait. The Ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa should be informed that HMG propose to reject this (3)
