This file contains correspondence relating to:

  • Iraqi Government's request to arrange for the extradition from Kuwait of an Iraqi named Ismail Ghadhban, accused of larceny. It is pointed out that the extension of the 1932 Anglo-Iraqi Extradition Agreement to Kuwait is not yet in effect in Kuwait. After an investigation conducted by the Kuwait Public Security Department, it was found out that Ghadhban was not in Kuwait (1-2)
  • Two Jordanian employees of the Kuwait National Airlines, alleged to have embezzled the company’s money and to have fled to Iraq where they are reported to have been arrested and imprisoned at Baghdad (3)
