PART III - DESCRIPTION OF THE PORT OF SITRAH

5. The Port of Sitrah is a rectangular area bounded by straight lines joining four points located as follows:
North West Corner 26010' 11" N. Lat. 50°39' 33" 2.Long. North East Corner 26°11' 08" N. Lat. 50°43'04" E.Long. South East Coxner 26°09' 37" N. Lat. 50°42' 46" E,Long. South West Corner 26°08' 40" N. Lat. 50°40' 14" E.Long.

PART IV - GENERAL NAVIGATIONAL SAEIMY .

6. The approach to the port shall be indicated by such lights or buoys and marks as the Company may from time to time consider necessary.

Except with the permission of the Port Officer the main engines of all ships shall always be kept ready for immediate use. In the case of steam ships, steart pressure shall be maintained at the minimum necessary to manoeuvre such ships in case of need. 8. Engine repairs which may prevent the working of a ship's main engines may only be undertaken with the written permission of the Port Officer.

9. Masters shall at all times retain on board sufficient crew to work their ships.

11. Masters of all ships shall give the Port Officer at least 48 hours notice of their time of arrival at the port, 12. Masters shall advise the Port Officer before berthing of any special damage or disability to the ship under their command.

13. No vessel or craft other than those having on board the Pilot Mooring Master or Port Health Ollicer may approach any ship entering the port or any vessel entering the port with a yellow flag at the mainnast in accordance with Section 29 of these Regulations, and no other person may board any such ship until quarantine formalities have been completed.

14. Every vessel within the port shall be navigated with care and caution at a speed and in a manner which shall not endanger the safety of other vessels, In particular special care and caution shall be observed in passing any weight lifting or deeply leden vessel, any vessel which is mooring or moored at terminal buoy or which is in tow or any vessel engaged on diving, dredging or grabbing, pile driving or construction work, survey operations or the removal ol obstructions.

15. A22 vessels and craft within the port shall comply with any order which the Port Officer may give concerning anchoring or mooring and shall be moved or warped from place to place as required and by such means or appliances as may be ordered by the Port Officer.
