This file contains a report on 'The Eastern Provinces of Al Hasa' in Saudi Arabia, prepared by the Research Branch of the Relations Department of the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO), 31 January 1950-2 Rabi' Al-Thani 1369. The report was composed by George Rentz and William Milton, based on information provided by Ali Bin Humaid, Saeed Bin Nasir, Thua'lib Bin Saqr and Awadh Bin Naji. The work was originally compiled in colloquial Arabic, translated into American English, semi-classical Arabic and finally into British English.
