UMAN: VISIT TO THE BRITISH COUNCIL
Mr Keith Jones, the Representative, and his staff will invite HRH to take a detailed look at the Council's main activities. HRH will meet (among others):
Dr Penny Aspen, Assistant Representative MS Pam Thickett, Director, English Language Centre Mrs Gillian Jones (the Representative's wife), Assistant Director of
the English Language Centre Four students from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the
Ministry's Chief of Training Ambassador Mushtaq bin Jaffer bin Abdullah
The Building Purpose built in 1984 by Taylor Woodrow to a design by Huckle and Partners. Formally opened by His Highness Sayyid Thuwaini bin Shihab in the presence of the then Director-General of the British Council.
