- A cutting from the Guardian dated 16 July 1971, announcing the closing of the British court in Bahrain on 31 July
- A copy of the Bahrain Government's official gazette containing an announcement of the retrocession of jurisdiction, along with a translation

- An exchange of letters with the Deputy Ruler of Qatar Sheikh Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Thani allowing for a temporary continuation of HMG's jurisdiction in certain regards following retrocession
