  • Progress reports and records of meetings on the retrocession process
  • The problem of dealing with court cases with outcomes still pending at the time of retrocession
  • Queen's Regulations submitted for allowance, including: The Bahrain Transfer of Jurisdiction Regulation, 1971; the Qatar Transfer of Jurisdiction Regulation, 1971; and the Trucial States Civil Appeal (Amendment) Rules, 1971
  • A cutting from the Guardian dated 16 July 1971, announcing the closing of the British court in Bahrain on 31 July
  • A copy of the Bahrain Government's official gazette containing an announcement of the retrocession of jurisdiction, along with a translation
