An officers Training School should be established.
An Armed Forces School of Instruction should be started to give
advanced training to non commissioned officers and men and tactical
and weapons training for officers.
A Technical School is required to train non commissioned officers
and men,

A recruit training centre is required.
Advanced profession: l and technical training will have to be
carried out abroad,
f.
All schools should cater for training recuirements of the
three services.
g. In the short term an army training team will be required to
augment training given by civil and military foreim rational
personnel.
