TALKS WEREHELD ON ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CO-OPERATION, BUT WITHOUT ANYRESULTS BEING ANNOUNCED. IT IS PROBABLY SIGNIFICANT THAT RAFSANJANI CALLED IN ONE SPEECH FOR FURTHER CO-OPERATION BETWEENINDEPENDENT AND REVOLUTIONARY COUNTRIES IN MILITARY AS WELL ASDIPLOMATIC AND ECONOMIC FIELDS.
